FantasyDraft: Daily Fantasy Plays for Week 16

 

Quarterback

Johnny Manziel $8,900: Based on the pricing and scoring structure on FantasyDraft, I love going cheap at QB. Although “Johnny football” looked more like “Johnny tennis” the way he served the ball up to the other team last week, no one can argue with his talent level. He is an extremely talented player who had a HORRENDOUS debut, but I believe Manziel will get his revenge against the Panthers. He has the upside to rush for 40+ yards and a TD on top of what he does with his arm.

Andrew Luck $17,500: If you’re paying up for someone this week at QB, its gotta be Luck. This is probably the most exciting matchup of the week, and it is projected to be a shootout (55.5 O/U). Dallas is vulnerable through the air and Luck should get many opportunities in this fast paced game. With no running game to speak of, we know where the points are going to come from for the colts in this fast-paced game.

Running back

Matt Forte $14,200: With his price falling after a subpar performance last week, Forte makes for a great play this week with Claussen under center. Matt should see a ton of work in both the running and passing game.

Joseph Randle $8,300: Demarco Murray is more than likely going to miss the game with a hand injury opening up the bulk of the backfield carries for Randle. This should be a fast-paced game in which Randle and the Cowboys see numerous endzone opportunities.

Wide receiver

Antonio Brown $15,200: Brown has shown all season that he is big time, and Ben Roethlisberger loves to throw to him. Brown is deployable in H2H and GPP games due to his high floor and ceiling.

Odell Beckham Jr. $15,100: See game log for analysis…

Tight End

Jimmy Graham $13,500: Jimmy has been struggling a little bit in recent weeks, and 13.5 is a hefty price to pay for a struggling player, especially a tight end. That being said, if you watched last week’s game, Graham is being targeted after by Brees and last game, he just missed a TD, letting the ball slip through his hands. The saints want to get Jimmy right. Look for him to be an integral part of the game plan.
