The Blog will be going live tonight at 8:00 pm as the American League Champion Kansas City Royals take on the National League Champion San Francisco Giants. After the teams split the first two games in Kansas City, The Royals took game 3 at AT&T Park in San Francisco. Now we turn to the critical World Series Game 4. We’ll be here through every game, and every big play, bringing you the best in baseball coverage during the World Series.

The Royals took a 3-0 lead and used their strong bullpen to hold on for a 3-2 win in Game 3 to take a 2-1 lead in the series. The Giants turn to Ryan Volgelsong as their starter for this crucial game, while the Royals are putting Jason Vargas on the mound. First pitch is expected to be around 8:05 pm EDT.
