This weekend NASCAR and ARCA will travel to Michigan where Hendrick Motorspors will try for a fifth straight win. The Truck series will make a big return to Gateway Motorsports Park in the first NASCAR event there since 2010. I will personally be covering the World of Outlaws Event at Knoxville Raceway this Saturday for LWOS. Stay tuned for an exciting weekend of racing!
Sprint Cup at Michigan International Speedway; Quicken Loans 400
Qualifying: Friday at 3:40pm EST on FS1
Race: Sunday at 1:00pm EST on TNT
Previous winner: Greg Biffle (June) and Joey Logano (August)
Rouse Fenway Racing and specifically Greg Biffle have received recent success at Michigan and look to take a win here this week. Biffle is currently in a position to be qualified for the Chase without any wins, however with as many winners that the series has seen already could result in a season ending result. Biffle will try to stop Dale Earnhardt Jr. From getting his third win of the season along with Hendrick Motorsports trying for their fifth straight win.
