Sure, this week had its fair share of dummies and dunces but it had a few amazing moments. As far as a title that defines this week I’ve decided to focus on the great instead of the not so great moments that defined this week in the world of professional sports. Its nice when the good in the world of sports is able to overshadow the bad, and that definitely happened this week. After all its performances like those delivered by Josh Beckett and Rory McIlroy and excitement like the Indy 500 that keep us coming back to sports.

Next week should be even more exciting than this past one. We’re getting close to knowing who will represent the NHL and NBA in their respective championship series.
