In a Word is week in sports recap column that recaps the major stories of the past week, in one word.
Unfortunately this week was tarnished by disgusting behavior. We have one deranged individual that needs some help and we have a couple of other men who haven’t learned how to control their behavior headlining the list.
This week wasn’t a total loss. There was one NFL team that did something nice to honor an athlete & a hockey great’s career came to an end, all this while we habve determined the final four teams and get to see the start of the Conference Finals in both hockey and basketball.
Greg Hardy – Vicious
Milan Lucic – Garbage
Donald Sterling – Atrocious
California Chrome – Exciting
Kevin Love – Bye
New Orleans Saints – Honorable
Lance Stephenson – Yapper
Teemu Selanne – Legend
California Chrome – Nasal
Novak Djokovic – Winner
Ed Carpenter – Ed Carpenter
That’s a wrap for the week. Let’s hope for an exciting week ahead as we continue through the NBA and NHL playoffs. As always come back next week as we will continue to follow the biggest stories in the world of sports, and wrap them up for you, in just one word.
