A Rugby Life: The State of Play – Double Feature: NRFL & USARL

Editor’s Note: We at LWOS are always looking for great new partners to provide even more content to our regular readers.  We hope you enjoy this podcast, and help us to spread the word about A Rugby Life, and the great guests they have each show.  We at LWOS are pleased to have them as a new partner in our growing rugby coverage.

Welcome to A Rugby Life.  This column, produced by Hedley Lagrand, is about sharing stories, events, and insights into the people that live and breath rugby from around the globe.  We provide current news, handy information plus original podcasts and video content and are happy to share it with the readers of Last Word on Sports and their ever expanding rugby department.

We also actively work with partners in the rugby community to share content, promote and/or organize events, and to help support fund raising for youth players, teams, and other great rugby related causes.

We hope you enjoy A Rugby Life podcast and will come back here to Last Word On Sports often to check out their latest episodes.

This Week is a special double feature of A Rugby Life: The State of play.

In Episode #4  Hedley welcomes back USA Rugby correspondents, Grant Cole (Ruck Bottom) and Ted Hardy (Rugby America), as we discuss the National Rugby Football League (NRFL); a US based professional rugby union league.

We are joined by special guest, George ‘Mac’ Robertson of Rugby Law LLC, the organization behind the league.

Episode #5 features Spinner Howland of the USARL (we discuss the new SE Rugby League expansion, Leeds Rhinos partnership, and their new developmental  side, the USA Pioneers).
