There is a lot of talk out there that the person in the #August1Warning video is former NWA Champion and TNA Gut Check participant Adam Pearce. Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t.
Here is the first video. You make your own judgements:
It could be one of three people in my opinion. Adam Pearce works because he’d be pissed at not getting a contract after Gut Check. Former TNA talents Monty Brown and Low-Ki could be it as well. No it’s not Batista or Goldberg, so just stop those rumours right now.
I think this is good for Impact Wrestling to finally have a little bit of a buzz they are getting online from these videos as Aces and 8s seems to be coming to an end, and I don’t think they will be around much longer. The Main Event Mafia may be a fan favorite but I think Rampage Jackson is a bust and I hope it was Spike TV paying the brunt of that contract instead of Dixie Carter. But so far, Rampage has not done anything at all to get more people to watch Impact Wrestling on Thursday nights. As for Sting, I don’t even think people know he is still around and wrestling part time for TNA. Sting: it’s time to go to WWE and get that huge Wrestlemania 30 payday and go into the WWE Hall Of Fame and say bye-bye to Dixie Carter and TNA Wrestling. One thing I do like that TNA has done is give Chris Sabin the TNA World Title strap – and I like these #August1Warning videos too, so this may just be the thing Impact Wrestling needs and the spark to get them on track again.
Here is the new #August1Warning Video:
The mystery man says that he’s not Dave Bautista, and even though Bautista is a good actor, he’d beat the former WWE superstar in a fight. He says he’s not signed to TNA but will be at Impact live this Thursday. We’ll see…
