It seems that any and all wrestlers released by the WWE in April are planning their epic returns to wrestling in some sort of fashion. Heath Miller (fka Heath Slater) has been tweeting teaser after teaser that it’s time to watch out as he is set to make his return. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson have done plenty as well, with the latest seemingly hinting at IMPACT Wrestling being their location. Speaking of IMPACT Wrestling, they have gone to great measure to make it seem as though former IMPACT World Champion Ethan Carter III, aka EC3, will be making his grand return at Slammiversary. Well, EC3 seems to have other plans to control his narrative with his latest video on Facebook.
EC3 held nothing back in teasing a possible debut in All Elite Wrestling, with the video even finishing with the AEW logo in his background. Most fans surely expect the former “Top One Percent” to return to IMPACT Wrestling where he found his greatest glory as the face of their company for a number of years. The only thing that is for certain is that these next few weeks will be full of surprises with all of the former WWE talent coming off of their 90-day non-compete clauses.
EC3’s destination, however, remains a mystery. And that’s exactly what he is hoping to accomplish.
