#AndNEW: Brian Cage Wins WrestleCircus Sideshow Championship

At tonight’s WrestleCircus The Show Must Go On, the Texas indie promotion returned after being off for three months, with a solid card that was main evented by a title for title match between WC Ringmaster Champion Brian Cage (the equivalent of their Heavyweight Champion) and WC Sideshow Champion Tessa Blanchard (their Intercontinental/secondary title). After an intense battle, “The F’N Machine” Brian Cage emerged victorious and now holds both belts, as the new WrestleCircus Sideshow Champion. The entire event aired live on WrestleCircus’ Twitch channel (you can watch the replay there now).

It was a physical match up – far more physical as most expected – as the powerhouse Brian Cage was put to the test by the tenacity of Blanchard, who even pulled off a Go To Sleep on Cage in the final minutes of the contest. Tessa Blanchard still holds the WrestleCircus Lady of the Ring title, while Brian Cage is now a two title Champion for the company.
