For weeks, the Australian Indie star now known as Zaria was teased to make an impact on NXT’s women’s division. On October 29, 2024, she made her in ring debut, making quick work of Brinley Reece. After the match was over, Fatal Influence confronted her after being attacked at Halloween Havoc.
Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez made their presence known to Zaria, as did Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, and Kelani Jordan. As the battle lines were drawn, Jordynne Grace stepped into the ring, igniting a massive brawl between the ten women.
That led to the announcement of a ten-woman tag team match next week at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia. This is the perfect way to establish the NXT women’s division to showcase how talented they are.
Why The NXT Newcomers Have The Advantage
The team of Giulia, Jordynne Grace, Kelani Jordan, Stephanie Vaquer, and Zaria is a super powerhouse. Their accolades alone should give them the advantage. But it’s what you do in the ring that counts.
It might take a while for them to get on the same page but, once they do, it should be easy for them to take the victory. Their knowledge of wrestling and in-ring skills can guarantee an energetic and entertaining match.
Kelani was an impressive NXT Women’s North American Champion, with the other four having a long resume around the world. If the vets have any chance to win, they’ll have to come out swinging.
Don’t Count Out The NXT Vets Just Yet
Cora Jade, Roxanne Perez, and Fatal Influence have their own accomplishments from spending years in NXT. They’ve all faced each other several times, won many championships, and have been mainstays in the women’s division. It’s clear they all know each other inside and out, with Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, and Jazmyn Nyx as a powerful unit, while Cora and Roxanne put aside their differences and are working well together.
They clearly don’t want their spots taken after working so hard to get where they currently are. If they want to keep being the faces of the women’s division, they’ll have to fight hard against some of the best women in professional wrestling.
The Ten Women Will Put On An Exciting Show
If you’re a casual fan who occasionally watches NXT, you should probably check this match out. For months, people have been saying they have the best women’s division, with next week’s match more than likely giving a definitive answer to that statement.
One side has five women who have made NXT their home, while the other has five women who are looking to claim the top spots in the division. The match will give all ten women a chance to shine to prove everyone’s claims right about the NXT women’s division being exciting and skilled.
