Luke Jacobs Defends PROGRESS World Title Against Eddie Dennis in High-Stakes Showdown

Luke Jacobs, fresh off his first successful title rematch defense against Kid Lykos, faces his first new challenger in Eddie Dennis. Dennis, riding high after defeating Tate Mayfairs at last month’s show Wrestling Never Sleeps, earned this shot after being one of five men who confronted Jacobs following his title defense.

While other contenders were drawn away into other battles, Dennis quickly seized the moment, declaring, “It’s kinda now or never” for his chance at the top, now 38 years old.

But beating Jacobs will be no easy feat; he has been unstoppable this year, with his SSS16 victory and reigns now as PROGRESS World Champion; he even captured the RevPro British Heavyweight Title on All In weekend, making himself a sort of ‘Undisputed’ British Champion.

Dennis is ready to give it everything, still fuming over being knocked out of SSS16 by Jacobs back in May, and he’s now more determined than ever to settle the score and prove that his time at the top is now.

Marina Shafir Set to Defend DEFY Women’s Title in UK Debut Against Fierce Rivals Kanji and Nina Samuels

Marina Shafir, in her UK debut, brings the DEFY Women’s Championship to PROGRESS, ready to defend against two already fierce rivals, Kanji and Nina Samuels.

Shafir’s reputation for technical brutality makes her a formidable challenge to take on, and her ruthlessness alongside Jon Moxley on AEW TV in recent weeks has reminded everyone of the extent of her abilities but she steps into a brewing feud which could bring out the nastier side in both other competitors.

Nina Samuels, claiming credit for Kanji’s rise to success, has made this rivalry deeply personal. Despite never losing to Samuels in a PROGRESS ring, Kanji is determined to finally put their issues to rest while eyeing Shafir’s title as her next big prize.

Shafir’s dangerous grappling style adds another layer of complexity to this match, but Kanji’s British Strong Style and Nina’s cunning strategies make it anyone’s game. With three distinct styles and personal stakes on the line, this match is one of the most anticipated on the card.

Cara Noir Makes Long-Awaited In-Ring Return to Face Hard-Hitting Inamura With a Lot to Prove

After over a year on the sidelines recovering from a severe foot injury, Cara Noir makes his long-awaited return to PROGRESS Wrestling. Known for his mesmerizing theatrical performances, Cara Noir hopes to reestablish himself as one of the top stars of British wrestling once again.

But it won’t be an easy ride; he faces Yoshiki Inamura, an imposing figure who has built a name for himself as a former PROGRESS Atlas Champion, and with a win over Ricky Knight Jr. already under his belt, it feels like the sky is the limit for him.

He is motivated, too, and feels he has much to prove. Returning after a challenging N-1 Victory campaign with NOAH in Japan, he will aim to reestablish himself, and there’s no better way than spoiling the return party of one of the most beloved figures in the company.

This clash promises to be a spectacle, with both desperate to make a statement.
