Adam Pearce Promises War For WWE Raw

WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce has promised the show will feature ‘war‘. Pearce looked to social media users for an answer about what to do with his resident Godzilla and King Kong Bronson Reed and Braun Strowman.

Monday Night Destruction

After weeks of feuding, the two men were booked for a match on Monday’s episode of WWE Raw. The two monsters immediately broke the ring and began brawling at ringside.

Reed hurled a fan at Strowman. Strowman charged Reed through a barricade.

Then things went backstage. Tables were broken, and things finally ended when Strowman rammed Reed through a wall.

Monday Night War

Both men were fined “an equal undisclosed amount for destroying walls, golf carts, production equipment, and [Pearce’s] sanity,” Adam Pearce wrote on social media. Reed was fined an extra amount for plucking a fan from the audience and chucking him at Strowman.

Strowman posted on X that the fine was worth it. Pearce then asked fans on social media whether he should ‘stop the fight‘, or ‘let them fight’.

Fans answered loud and clear for the fight to continue. Responding to the poll results, Pearce posted online that “WWE Raw is war. Exactly as you want it. Exactly as it was drafted it to be. It is official.”

WWE Raw was known as “RAW is WAR” between 1997 and 2001. Pearce added that, if fans didn’t want war, they should watch WWE SmackDown or the Antiques Roadshow.

It will be interesting to see if Pearce looks to book the two in a match on next week’s WWE Raw or save a bout for WWE Bad Blood. Read our full preview for next week’s WWE Raw here.
