This week’s episode of WWE NXT is the Great American Bash week two. At time of writing, six matches have been confirmed.
Three of those are title matches, and it can be expected that more matches will be added during the event. Here is all you need to know ahead of the August 6 WWE NXT.

- NXT Championship Match: Ethan Page (c) vs. Oro Mensah
- NXT Women’s North American Championship Match: Kelani Jordan (c) vs. Tatum Paxley
- NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Axiom & Nathan Frazer (c) vs. MSK (Wes Lee & Zachary Wentz)
- Singles Match: Trick Williams vs. Pete Dunne
- Singles Match: Wren Sinclair vs. Kendal Grey
- Singles Match: Joe Coffey vs. Joe Hendry
Oro Mensah Challenges For Ethan Page’s Title
Ethan Page won the NXT Championship without even trying at Heatwave. Since then, his entire reign has consisted of him trying to defend and prove himself worthy of being the titleholder.
One person who has consistently challenged this is Meta-Four‘s Oro Mensah. He feels that he played a direct role in Page’s opportunity to even be in that match, and has taunted him over the last few weeks.
The two will finally clash at Great American Bash week two, and look to put the matter to rest. This is Mensah’s first title opportunity, and he will be looking to make the most of it.
Page has spoken about how he has no intention of letting the title go anytime soon, and this could make him do anything needed to retain it. This will come down to who can outsmart the other.

Kelani Jordan Puts Gold On The Line Against Tatum Paxley
Kelani Jordan is the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Champion, and she puts her gold on the line at the Great American Bash. Tatum Paxley will be the challenger, and her winning could be the best revenge.
In early July, Paxley began offering to play dolls with Jordan. The champion, feeling that she is too grown and busy, continuously declined the offer, and this has led to this match-up.
Paxley can fully fixate her attention on one person for a while and, upon being rejected, she can react quite a bit. At the Great American Bash week two, she looks to claim a new toy to play with.

MSK Challenges For NXT Tag Team Championship
Lots of fans welcomed the arrival of Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz on NXT. One person, in particular, who had his spirits lifted by the team’s arrival was Wes Lee.
The trio have quite a bit of history with each other, and they have undeniable chemistry with each other. Lee and Wentz, together known as MSK, remembered that they never lost the NXT Tag Team Championships, and that’s how this match came to be.
Axiom and Nathan Frazer are 119 days into their reign as the champions, and they look to continue this run. MSK, on the other hand, looks to replicate their previous championship success.
