Money in the Bank Ladder Matches

The Money in the Bank ladder matches will be the focal point of the PLE over the weekend. 12 Superstars get the chance to etch their names into the history books and claim the briefcase that could change their entire career’s trajectory.

The men’s match will feature Jey Uso, Carmelo Hayes, Andrade, Chad Gable, LA Knight, and Drew McIntyre. The women’s side will have Iyo Sky, Chelsea Green, Lyra Valkyria, Tiffany Stratton, Naomi, and Zoey Stark.

These matches show a blend of experience and momentum. With the ladders in place, this could allow the Superstars to shine brightest.

These will surely be the matches to watch, as they could set the stage for the next year. All 12 of these Superstars have already done what they needed to qualify, and all that remains now, is to climb the ladder and claim their moment.

Bloodline Engages In Six-Man Tag Team Match

The Bloodline did not take long to circle back to Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. This time, however, Rhodes has solid back-up against the stable.
The revitalized version of The Bloodline features Solo Sikoa as the new (self-appointed) “Head of the Table”, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu. This is quite a violent and vicious wing of the family, and they have caused destruction wherever they went recently.
It was only a matter of time before Rhodes became the primary target once again, but the champion now has help from Randy Orton and Kevin Owens. Never short on enemies, The Bloodline has managed to also get on Orton and Owens’ bad side, and it all pays off at Money in the Bank.
It remains to be seen which three members of The Bloodline will partake in this six-man tag team match. Regardless, this promises to be a match that could really shift the status quo up and down the roster.

Last Chance For Damian Priest and Seth Rollins

The Money in the Bank event will also feature a World Heavyweight Championship match between Damian Priest and Seth “Freakin” Rollins. This was made official when Rollins made his shocking return on the June 17 edition of Raw and immediately set his sights on Priest.

At Money in the Bank, Priest will be celebrating 90 days as the titleholder but he faces his greatest challenge yet. Rollins was the inaugural World Heavyweight Champion, and he held the title for 316 days before his loss at WrestleMania 40.

If Rollins loses, he can never challenge for the title so long as Priest is the champion. However, if Priest loses, he will lose more than just the title – he will have to leave The Judgement Day.

This is the last chance for both Priest and Rollins, and they need to make it count. With the match taking place at the Money in the Bank event, whoever walks out as champion will immediately have to keep their head on a swivel.
