The final WWE Raw before Money in the Bank will feature four massive matches.
There’s a World Championship on the line, the opportunity to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder matches, and some family matters that could raise the ire of Uncle Howdy and the Wyatt Sicks.
WWE Raw airs live from the TD Garden in Boston, MA at 8CT on the USA Network.
Match Card WWE Raw (7/1/24)
- Money in the Bank Qualifier: Sheamus vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Ilja Dragunov
- Money in the Bank Qualifier: Zoey Stark vs. Dakota Kai vs. Ivy Nile
- Rey Mysterio vs. Dominik Mysterio
- Women’s World Championship: Liv Morgan vs. Zelina Vega
MITB Final Qualifiers
Drew McIntyre will look to earn a shot, at a shot, at the World Heavyweight Championship he’s been screwed out of twice. To make the MITB ladder match in Toronto he will have to see off his oldest rival Sheamus.
Mcintyre is in the midst of a heated feud with CM Punk. Meanwhile, Sheamus can’t seem to get through a match without either Bron Breakker or Ludwig Kaiser showing up.
Ilja Dragunov is also in the triple-threat match and could use the chaos surrounding his opponents to pick up his biggest victory to date.
Dakota Kai looks to be the favorite in the final women’s MITB qualifier. She faces Ivy Nile and Zoey Stark. Backed up by the Damage Control, stable it is hard to see past Kai picking up the win.
Liv Morgan-Mysterio
Liv Morgan defends her WWE Women’s World Championship against Zelina Vega. Morgan has been laying it on pretty thick with The Judgement Day as part of her vice for owning everything Rhea Ripley once had.
She gifted the faction chicken nuggets and a PS5 with WWE 2K24 because – I guess – they are all teenage boys. Morgan also masterminded Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh winning the WWE World Tag Team Championship.
Vega thinks Morgan has forgotten about the championship she holds so she laid down the challenge.
But when it matters, could The Judgement Day also have Morgan’s back?
Family Matters
Morgan also arranged for Dominik Mysterio to face his father Rey Mysterio, this week. But with the sinister Uncle Howdy seemingly taking umbrage with families that don’t play nice, could the Mysterios be setting themselves up for a massacre?
Chad Gable will also hope to patch things up with Otis and the rest of the Alpha Academy before the Wyatt Sicks target him again.
