It’s the first WWE SmackDown after an awesome WWE King and Queen of the Ring PLE. This past Saturday night was a sight to behold, providing the WWE Universe with some of the most memorable tournament matches these competitions have ever had.
More importantly, we crowned a new WWE royalty, and she’ll have her moment this Friday night.
Get ready for the explosive aftermath of King and Queen of the Ring! So, buckle up. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s in store for this week’s WWE Friday Night SmackDown. Let’s dive in.
Announced for WWE SmackDown:
- Nia Jax’s “Queen of the Ring” Coronation Ceremony
- Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhode Will Appear Live
The Winners Circle
Two competitors who came out of last Saturday’s PLE with their arms raised high were Cody Rhodes and Nia Jax. Let’s start with the Undisputed WWE Champion. Rhodes had an unforgettable battle with the “Maverick” and United States Champion Logan Paul.
There were more than a few moments when Paul seemingly had Cody’s number. However, the “American Nightmare” proved to everyone why he’s “the guy” in WWE. After his successful title defense, Cody Rhodes will address the WWE SmackDown crowd. What does he have to say, and who will step up to the plate next?
From one winner to another, “The Irresistible Force” Nia Jax made an absolute statement on her way to winning the second-ever Queen of the Ring crown. When many thought Lyra Valkyria was about to pull the “mother of all upsets,” Jax obliterated her with a devastating Annihilator.
On this week’s WWE SmackDown, Nia Jax has her moment, and rightfully so, as she undergoes her Queen of the Ring crowning ceremony. How will the new ruler of the WWE women’s division address the locker room and the WWE Universe?
