This week’s WWE SmackDown is a crucial stepping stone leading to the highly anticipated WWE King and Queen of the Ring event. That night, the finals for both tournaments will be decided, and just 24 hours later, a new King and Queen will ascend to their thrones in the WWE universe.
But before all that, WWE Friday Night SmackDown promises to pack a punch and deliver in more ways than one. Without further ado, here is a preview of the King and Queen of the Ring “go-home” edition of WWE SmackDown. Let’s run it down.

Queendom
This past installment of WWE Monday Night Raw saw former NXT Women’s Champion and recent draftee Lyra Valkyria overcome IYO SKY to punch her ticket to the finals. It was an exceptional war that saw both competitors throw everything but the kitchen sink.
This Friday night, the SmackDown semifinals will decide who battles Valkyria in the finals as WWE’s most destructive forces collide: Nia Jax and Bianca Belair. This contest could go either way, with both women possessing unparalleled strength and great resumes to boot. Watch out for this one, as it promises to be a classic battle between the “unstoppable force” and the “immovable object.”
Bloodline Rules
The reign of The Bloodline in this new era has been nothing short of cataclysmic. Just when the WWE Universe thought Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga were the pinnacle of dominance, Tonga Loa would enter the scene, fortifying the grip of this already formidable faction.
On this latest episode of WWE SmackDown, The Bloodline will put in the work. Tama has the opportunity not only to advance to the finals of the King of the Ring tournament but also to beat an iconic figure, Randy Orton, to get there. As for Sikoa and Tonga, they’re looking to make an example out of The Street Profits this Friday night fight night.
It’s going to be an exciting iteration of this week’s show. We have Tonga Loa’s debut, and we find out who will compete in the last matches to crown WWE’s King and Queen of the Ring! Watch it all go down this Friday night on Fox!
