This week’s episode of WWE NXT is a pre-taped one. The qualifying matches for the NXT Women’s North American Championship continue on but that will not be the only title to have its fate decided. There will also be a triple threat match to determine the number one contender for the NXT North American Championship.

- NXT North American Championship #1 Contender’s Match: Joe Coffey vs. Wes Lee vs. Josh Briggs
- NXT Women’s North American Championship Qualifier Match: Fallon Henley vs. Thea Hail
- NXT Women’s North American Championship Qualifier Match: Brinley Reece vs. Jaida Parker
- Tag Team Match: Karmen Petrovic & Natalya vs. Lola Vice & Shayna Baszler
Oba Femi Set To Get A New Title Challenger
The challengers keep coming in for NXT North American Champion Oba Femi. With Wes Lee back from injury, he hopes to reclaim the title he believes he popularised. Joe Coffey and Josh Briggs believe they deserve their own shots at the gold too.
Lee, Coffey, and Briggs will meet on the May 21 edition of NXT to determine who will be next in line for the title. The only problem is that Femi is quite the formidable champion, and it has become clear that he has no intentions to let go of the title anytime soon. When the three clash, it will be a battle of who wants the gold more, as well as who is willing to do whatever it takes to place themselves in the prime position for the title. It can be expected that Femi will be watching this match closely.
