Preview: WWE NXT (3/19/24) – Riley Osborne Challenges For Heritage Cup

A match graphic for WWE NXT.

This week’s episode of WWE NXT continues the road to NXT Stand & Deliver. Whilst a title is on the line on the show, two qualifying matches are also set to be featured. Several other grudge matches are also set to fill out the rest of the show. Here is all you need to know ahead of the March 19 edition of NXT.

WWE NXT Full Match Card:

  • Member of No Quarter Catch Crew (c) vs. Riley Osborne – Heritage Cup Match
  • Trick Williams vs. Noam Dar – Singles Match
  • Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson vs. Hank Walker & Tank Ledger – Tag Team Qualifying Match
  • Axiom & Nathan Frazer vs. Two Members of No Quarter Catch Crew – Tag Team Qualifying Match
  • Roxanne Perez vs. Tatum Paxley – Singles Match
  • Sol Ruca vs. Brinley Reece – Singles Match

Riley Osborne Challenges For Heritage Cup

The No Quarter Catch Crew currently holds the Heritage Cup, courtesy of Charlie Dempsey. The rest of the stable consists of Damon Kemp, Myles Borne, and Drew Gulak.

With a unique set of rules governing the group’s title run, any one of the four could defend the gold at any given point. Riley Osborne represents Chase U, and he is motivated to bring that particular gold to the camp. Heading into the match, Osborne will not know who exactly he will have to face to get to the cup, and that could prove to be a challenge.

Trick Williams Goes Up Against Noam Dar

Trick Williams returned with a vengeance, and he has his eyes set on Carmelo Hayes. Although Williams and Hayes will meet at the Stand & Deliver PLE on WrestleMania weekend, Williams gets the chance to have a match in the build-up to that.

On the March 12 edition of NXT, Williams was interrupted by Noam Dar and the rest of Meta-Four, which he did not take too kindly to – although he did get to share a passionate moment with Lash Legend, which he enjoyed quite a bit.

Dar will go up against Williams in retaliation for last week’s events and, presumably with Legend ringside and the potential threat of Hayes making his presence felt, this could be quite the interesting match to look out for this week.

NXT Tag Team Qualifiers Continue

The NXT Tag Team Championship are currently held by Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin, and they want all the challengers. The pair want the best of the best and, as such, the tournament was put in place to determine their next challengers.

Latino World Order‘s Bronco Nima and Lucien Price have already qualified for the finals and, on this week’s WWE NXT, four other teams look to battle their way into the finals too.

One match will feature Axiom and Nathan Frazer going up against two members of the No Quarter Catch Crew, whilst the other match will see The O.C.‘s Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson clash with Hank Walker and Tank Ledger. These match-ups will give a glimpse into what the future of the tag team division could be.
