There’s a lot to get through in our WWE Raw preview as we are offered another bumper edition of the show. Everything is bigger in Texas and WWE has been giving us some massive TV from the State for the past few weeks.
WWE Raw takes place in Houston, Texas and airs live at 7CT/8ET on the USA Network. Here, our WWE Raw preview tells you everything you need to know.
WWE Raw Match Card (3/11/24)
- WWE Intercontinental Championship No1 Contender Gauntlet Match: Sami Zayn vs. Chad Gable vs. Bronson Reed vs. Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Ricochet vs. JD McDonagh
- Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan
- WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: “The Kabuki Warriors” Asuka & Kairi Sane vs. Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark
Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan
“The Man” Becky Lynch and “Mami” Rhea Ripley can’t get a minute’s peace to build to their WWE Women’s World Championship WrestleMania match.
Ripley spent most of Raw nursing Dominik Mysterio after he got slapped silly by Gunther, last week. Nia Jax had previously attacked Lynch. When Lynch tried to put her to bed, last week, Liv Morgan threw a tantrum and ruined the match.
Lynch will take on Morgan this week. Then hopefully “Mami” and “The Man” can have a night to themselves without the kids playing up.
MAMI like you've never seen her before! 😈 https://t.co/L666wuq9fW pic.twitter.com/lHaoB42nRl

Gauntlet To Gunther At WrestleMania
Six men will battle it out in a Gauntlet match to determine who faces WWE Intercontinental Champion Gunther at WrestleMania 40.
Sami Zayn, Chad Gable, Bronson Reed, Shinsuke Nakamura, Ricochet, and JD McDonagh will run the gauntlet. It’s hard to predict who will come out on top – although (spoiler alert) I’ve written them in the order of most likely to least likely to win. Wink, wink.
WWE has put the time into making most participants seem worthy. So let’s just all enjoy it.
If you ask me, the Gauntlet match would have been a good addition to ‘Mania with Gunther entering last and the title being on the line.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match
Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark have been powering through the women’s tag division since they formed a partnership. This week, they get their crack at the Kabuki Warriors and the Women’s Tag Team Championship.
The Japanese duo won’t be easy to dominate for Baszler and Stark, especially with the rest of the tricky Damage CTRL in the corner of the Kabuki Warriors.
Baszler has a hobby of performing card tricks and she’ll need to have an Ace up her sleeve to leave with the Tag Team gold. Perhaps, she can magic up some back-up in the form of Bayley. Bayley, recently ostracised from Damage CTRL, will take on Iyo Sky for the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania.
This could come down to who has the better tricks – Damage CTRL or Baszler and Stark. WWE and the USA Network should enlist the help of Penn & Teller as guest referees because the match could resemble Wizard Wars more than WWE Raw.
Also, keep an eye out for face paint on the show as some of the women may pay homage to Bull Nakano, who was recently announced as an inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2024.

Anything Else?
This depends on how much chaos Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes cause on WWE SmackDown. They might anger The Rock and Roman Reigns so much The Bloodline decides to show up.
Jey Uso will have to do something as he’s the most popular Raw superstar if the countless ‘Yeet’ signs are anything to go by. We can expect the next twist in the winding road to Jey Uso vs. Jimmy Uso at WrestleMania.
Oh, and I’ve left Drew McIntyre to last because the Scot is bound to act out to prevent Rollins from overlooking him.
