Ilja Dragunov And Carmelo Hayes Come Face-To-Face

Following Carmelo Hayes‘ beatdown on Trick Williams at Vengeance Day and the subsequent confession that he had been the one to attack him prior, the former NXT Champion now stands as a lone wolf. With Williams out of the way – at least temporarily – Hayes now steps up to the current reigning and defending NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov.

The two are set to have a face-to-face meeting on February 27 NXT, and it can be expected that this could have title implications. Dragunov and Hayes have gone to battle a few times before, putting on thrilling matches, and they could add a new chapter to their story.

Noam Dar Defends Gold Against A Member Of No Quarter Catch Crew

The No Quarter Catch Crew is chasing after the Heritage Cup, but Noam Dar will look to keep the gold within the Meta-Four camp instead.

Last week, the No Quarter Catch Crew informed Dar that he would have a match against one of them, and he would only find out who his opponent would be in the ring. This complicates things for Dar, as he essentially could not prepare for one particular superstar but had to do so for any of the four.

With the stable having four members, each one stands a 25% chance of being the one to challenge for the prestigious gold. Namely, the group consists of Drew Gulak, Charlie Dempsey, Damon Kemp, and Myles Borne.

The stable only came together in late 2023 and realized that the Heritage Cup would bring immediate recognition and respect to the No Quarter Catch Crew. The rest of Meta-Four will flank Dar, while, who are the chosen No Quarter Catch Crew member will also have a back-up in the form of the other stablemates in what could be an intriguing battle of the stables.

The O.C. Battles Malik Blade And Edris Enofe

The O.C.‘s Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows made an unexpected appearance on the February 20 edition of NXT. Following a tag team match between Chase U and the team of Axiom and Nathan Frazer, the duo of Anderson and Gallows would lay out everyone in sight. The two are signed to SmackDown, but it seems they have a point to make, and they will choose to do so in Orlando, Florida.

In a backstage segment, the two put the entirety of WWE NXT on notice, especially the men’s tag team division. On the February 27 NXT, the two will face off against two rising prospects, Malik Blade and Edris Enofe, and they look to make it a grand arrival.
