AEW Dynamite Homecoming will see the company make its return to Daily’s Place. For those unfamiliar, Daily’s Place, along with QT Marshall’s school at the time known as One Fall Power Factory, served as the company’s hosting venue during the pandemic. This outdoor venue has played host to countless debuts and numerous memorable bouts. It’s only fitting that the company returns to Jacksonville with a bang!
Ahead of their match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship, Sammy Guevara and Ricky Starks battle to gain momentum for their respective teams. We will also hear from AEW World Champion Samoa Joe! In the match I’m personally looking forward to most, Claudio Castagnoli and “Hangman” Adam Page will collide. We’ll also see two eight-man tag team matches as Thunder Rosa, Willow Nightingale, Kris Statlander, and Anna Jay take on Skye Blue, Saraya, Ruby Soho, and AEW TBS Champion Julia Hart!
In the second of said matches, Lance Archer will team up with ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions Brian Cage, and Gates of Agony will take on Dustin Rhodes, Adam Copeland, Preston Vance, and AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy. Our focus will be on tornado tag team action as Konosuke Takeshita and Powerhouse Hobbs take on Darby Allin and Sting!!!!

Sting says farewell to the home of his AEW Debut
Let’s go ahead and get one thing out of the way: Sting and Darby Allin are winning this match. However, it still deserves focus for one reason. That reason is this WILL be Sting’s last match in the very place he debuted for the company. Any AEW fan will tell you one of the biggest debuts for the company was Sting in the first Winter is Coming special.
As we grow closer to the end of The Icon’s career, it’s incredible how many moments he brought in just a few years. His debut, having his first match in six years, the coffin match at All In. I could keep listing, but this is not a farewell to Sting yet. However, as someone who will be in attendance, I must say it will be heartbreaking knowing this is the last time I will see Sting live in the ring.
While this could lead to more time for rising stars, it still hurts. This will be a great night of action and one no AEW fan will want to miss!
