Pro Wrestling NOAH Star Navigation 2023 Match Card – What to Expect:
Daga will make his first defense of the GHC Jr. Championship in the main event against former KONGOH member Shuji Kondo. Still, Eita has been lurking around the GHC Jr. Championship throughout the year, and Daga has a chance to get an ounce of momentum over Kondo since the challenger has had his number since the preview matches leading up to this show.
GLG (Jack Morris & Anthony Greene) will defend the GHC Heavyweight Tag Team Championships in their 2nd defense against former champions Masa Kitamiya & Daiki Inaba on this show. Still, there’s a chance Good Looking Guys lose the tag titles here for a shock title change. Newly crowned GHC National Champion Jack Morris has this title match to worry about along with his upcoming defense of the GHC National championship against Hajime O’Hara on December 2nd.
Ahead of their GHC Heavyweight Championship Match in January, champions Kenoh & Manabu Soya will continue to face off in preview matches. On this show, GHC Heavyweight champion Kenoh will team alongside Stallion Rodgers & El Hijo del Dr Wagner Jr. to face his rivals Manabu Soya, Kaito Kiyomiya & Ryohei Oiwa in a trios match.
Former GHC Heavyweight Champion Jake Lee will lead GLG (LJ Cleary, YO-HEY & Tadasuke) in tag team action to face the team of Naomichi Marufuji, Atsushi Kotoge, Titus Alexander & Hi69 during the undercard. In this match, West Coast Pro Wrestling regular Titus Alexander will be making his regular Pro Wrestling NOAH debut here.
HAYATA & Eita will be facing LEONA & Kai Fujimura in a tag match during the undercard. LEONA is still obsessed with getting a singles match with Eita. Still, the former DRAGON GATE champion has no interest in facing his former tag team partner, young lion Fujimura, who got drafted into this match since Yoshinari Ogawa got pulled from the show due to a precaution.
Go Shiozaki teams alongside former GHC Heavyweight Champions Takashi Sugiura & Kazuyuki to face REAL (Timothy Thatcher, Saxon Huxley & Shuhei Taniguchi) in a trios match on the undercard.
The GHC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Dragon Bane & his brother Alpha Wolf will be teaming alongside X-Treme Tiger & Super Crazy to face the team of Ninja Mack, Alejandro, Terry Yaki & Hajime O’Hara in a Pro Wrestling NOAH juniors showcase match on the undercard.
Junta Miyawaki vs. young lion Taishi Ozawa is the opening match.
