Preview: AEW Dynamite (10/10/23) Title Tuesday

AEW Dynamite Show Graphic

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite goes head to head with NXT in a one-night revival of the Wednesday Night Wars. Tony Khan loaded this card as we have the rematch between Rey Fenix and the returning Jon Moxley for the AEW International Championship. AEW Women’s World Champion Saraya looks to defend her title against the woman she took the title from Hikaru Shida. Bryan Danielson and Swerve Strickland will fight it out to earn a shot at the TNT Championship.

One-third of the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions “Hangman” Adam Page will go to war with longtime rival “Switchblade” Jay White. Powerhouse Hobbs looks to win arguably the biggest match of his career as he faces Chris Jericho. Our focus will be on the debut match of the “Rated R Superstar” Adam Copeland as he battles former AEW TNT Champion Luchasaurus!

Will the Rated R Superstar have the “edge” in this match-up?

The “Rated R Superstar” Adam Copeland will compete in his first match under the AEW banner. He will face a tough test in one of AEW’s best big men in Luchasaurus. There is no doubt that this will be a great match, but this encounter is secondary to the developing story between Adam and his former lifelong friend, Christian Cage.

Copeland came to AEW to go out on a high note with the man he broke into the business with. Christian made it clear he has no interest in rekindling their partnership. There is no doubt both Christian and perhaps even Nick Wayne will try to cost Adam this match. While I don’t see Adam losing this match, it is fun to speculate. It will be interesting to see this story unfold!
