Tiffany Stratton Welcomes Becky Lynch Back To NXT

Becky Lynch makes her return to NXT this week, and she will be challenging for the NXT Women’s Championship held by Tiffany Stratton. This match has been building up over the last few weeks following Stratton referring to Lynch as a former NXT women’s champion, despite ‘The Man’ never holding that gold in her career. This has led to Lynch deciding to attempt claiming that title and their clash will take place this week.

This will be an exciting clash of past and present, in a similar fashion to Lynch’s most recent feud against WWE legend, Trish Stratus – this time, it’s the past and present of NXT. This will certainly be an exciting clash that will get eyes on both competitors whilst also elevating the entire NXT brand regardless of the outcome.

Wes Lee And Ilja Dragunov Clash To Determine No. 1 NXT Championship Contender

The NXT Championship scene is heating up with several challengers trying to get a shot at champion Carmelo Hayes. The champion has made it clear that he’s not trying to let everybody get a second chance so, in order to get another chance, they need to battle it out amongst themselves. The two who will do so are Wes Lee and Ilja Dragunov, and the number one contender who will go up against Hayes at No Mercy will be determined this week.

Lee and Dragunov both believe they deserve to be next for the title and so, the best way to resolve it is for the two to meet in one-on-one action. Both Lee and Dragunov have had similar journeys with Hayes and the gold he holds, and they will be looking to make the most of the given opportunity and punch their ticket to Bakersfield, California. Fans can expect the two to leave their mutual respect outside the ring as they look to put on a hard-hitting affair that will see them walk away as the one who is next for Carmelo Hayes.

NXT Global Heritage Invitational Rolls On

The NXT Global Heritage Invitational continues with two more match offerings on this week’s NXT. Tyler Bate and Axiom will battle it out in an effort to score some points in Group A. The other match scheduled for this week’s show will see Group B’s Nathan Frazer and Akira Tozawa also look to gain some points themselves. As usual, Noam Dar and the rest of Meta-Four can be expected to be watching the action closely to see who will make it to the tournament finals on the September 26 edition of NXT, en-route to a shot at Dar at No Mercy.
