The End of the JAS?
For some time now Don Callis has been courting the legendary Chris Jericho to join his up-and-coming stable known as the Don Callis Family. While “The Ocho” seems to be receptive to the idea and has liked the attention, his Jericho Appreciation Society members are strongly against the idea of him joining and possibly merging the two factions.
Unfortunately, Jericho might have to make a choice sooner rather than later. Sooner meaning this Wednesday night. Callis took the liberty of arranging a tag team match that will see Konosuke Takeshita and Jericho team up for the first time, serving as kind of a test run for the former AEW World Champion in case he joins the group.
Their opponents? Current JAS members Sammy Guevara and Daniel Garcia. Upon hearing this, Chris seemed hesitant but concluded that he’d do it to help the duo “spread their wings” against some stiff competition. With the leader of the JAS and his cohorts at opposite sides, it begs the question, is this how the Jericho Appreciation Society implodes?
Confronting the “New F’n Show”
“How about next week, you come out to my ring and we’ll see who gets their ass kicked” – Jack Perry to Jerry Lynn.

For the past month, former “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry has been a thorn in the side of Hook and the AEW fans since he decided to turn his back on them. However, this newfound edge has already paid off in dividends as Perry pried the FTW Title from Hook two weeks ago on AEW Dynamite.
On last week’s show, Jack pranced around and ran his mouth like always, only this time, he made the mistake of waking up a sleeping giant in the form of the “New F’n Show” former ECW World Champion Jerry Lynn. The “Dynamic” one, like many others, has had enough of Jack Perry’s attitude, stating that if he doesn’t stop running his mouth he’ll get his butt kicked.
Perry immediately backed down upon Lynn literally dropping the mic, signaling that he was ready to fight Jack then and there. Perry would go on to say that he’s “not dressed” for competition, and if Jerry wants to do this thing, it will be on Jack’s terms.
That confrontation leads us to this week, it will be Jerry Lynn and FTW Champion Jack Perry; face to face! What will happen when these two stars stand opposite one another again? Find out this Wednesday night and more on the special 200th episode edition of AEW Dynamite!
