All Elite Wrestling (AEW) Rampage this week is airing at a special start time due to the NCAA Final Four. The show starts at 11:30pm and continues where Dynamite left off on Wednesday from the Canada Life Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. WWE only started visiting this venue in 2020, post-COVID-19 pandemic. Meaning the Trios 3 Way title match on Dynamite was in fact Chris Jericho’s first televised match in front of his hometown crowd. It was also for Kenny Omega, however, it’s impressive with Jericho given how long he’s been on TV. Let’s take a look at what is on the AEW Rampage card tonight.

Canada’s own Bollywood Boyz, Harv and Gurv Singh, make a special return to AEW as they face off against another pair of Canadian boys, those being Jericho Appreciation Society members Matt “Daddy Magic” Menard and Angelo “Cool Hand” Parker. Though Chris Jericho is from Winnipeg, the tandem of Menard and Parker are from Quebec instead. While The Bollywood Boyz are from British Columbia.
This One Might Be Amazing
Powerhouse Hobbs, despite his role as a heel, is gladly laying out an open challenge for his TNT Championship and it has been answered by Rey Fenix. This will make for one heck of a mix of styles as Powerhouse Hobbs brings his….. Well, the name is right there on the marquee. While Rey Fenix brings his amazing high flying skills. A match that will without a doubt leave people buzzing. Well, depending on what QT Marshall does.
La Wera Loca Llega
On Wednesday, after a week of speculation, Taya Valkyrie did in fact make her AEW debut. Just not by answering Jade Cargill’s “Whack Ass Canadian Challenge”. Instead, doing so after the fact and seemingly setting up a future TBS Championship. Both utilize the Double Chicken Wing Facebuster as their finishing moves. Taya dubbing hers “Road To Valhalla” and Jade’s being “Jaded”. But, for now? We settle for Taya’s official in ring debut tonight as she see’s action right away.
There’s that and more to come on a very late-night AEW Rampage card tonight.
