AEW has its go-home show for Revolution with their LIVE Rampage card. This week is a live edition as the AEW crew returns to the legendary Cow Palace in San Francisco, California after Wednesday night’s Dynamite. Well, technically it’s Daly City, just south of San Francisco.
It is one of wrestling’s most famous houses, dating back to the 60’s thanks to Roy Shire’s Big Time Wrestling. It saw major stars such as Pat Patterson, Ray Stevens, Rocky Johnson, Peter Maivia, Roddy Piper, Don Muraco and many more leave their mark here. It is also famously the building that held No Way Out 2004. Where Eddie Guerrero defeated Brock Lesnar to win the WWE Championship in one of the most emotional title changes in the modern era of pro wrestling. A timely reference, as ROH returns this week, is their event, Chaos At The Cow Palace. Celebrated on October 21, 2007. It saw Nigel McGuinness defeat Jay Briscoe to retain the ROH World Championship as its main event.

4 Way Preview For The 4 Way
As a preview of the AEW World Tag Team title match at Revolution, another 4 Way match has been set between for teams that clashed during the Casino Tag Team Battle Royal. Those being Dark Order’s Alex Reynolds and John Silver vs Blackpool Combat Club’s ROH Pure and World Champions, Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli, Top Flight and New Japan’s Aussie Open. Without a doubt, this will be a chaotic, fantastic display of amazing skill as matches of this sort tend to be.
Moguls vs Texans
The other announced match for Rampage will see Swerve Strickland, the head of the Mogul Affiliates, teaming up with Parker Boudreaux to face off against a pair of imposing Texans. Keith Lee has his first match back since Swerve Strickland laid him out several months ago as he teams with Dustin Rhodes. Without a doubt continuing our march towards the inevitable Keith Lee vs Swerve Strickland match to come.
That is surprisingly all that has been announced for today’s episode of AEW Rampage, as mentioned, it’s a live edition from the Cow Palace before heading to the Chase Center a bit up north on San Francisco for Revolution live on Pay-Per-View on Sunday.
