Ready For Takeoff
Three of AEW’s most phenomenal young talents have the opportunity of a lifetime as they tangle with the Death Triangle for the AEW World Trios Championship. Darius Martin, one-half of the high-flying Top Flight, makes his return to an AEW ring alongside his brother Dante Martin and AEW Dark standout AR Fox. Darius has been out of action for over seven months and he and his partners already have their hands full with the trio of PAC, Rey Fenix, and Penta El Zero Miedo.
Death Triangle has been on an absolute tear since winning the Trios Championship, and it will take a lot to pry those tiles away from them. However, one cannot underestimate Top Flight and AR Fox. These are three tremendous young men that exhibit the poise of grizzled veterans. It will truly be a sight to see once these six-men locks up come this Wednesday night. Who will walk into Full Gear as the AEW World Trios Champion?
One Step Forward Towards Destiny
Some may call his win an upset, but for Ethan Page? It’s just another day in the office when he defeated Eddie Kingston to secure his spot in the semifinals of the AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament. However, Page’s road to the finals will not get any easier after Kingston as he faces off against one of the most talented and fierce competitors in the world today, Bandido.
The former ROH World Champion punched his ticket opposite Page this Wednesday night when he defeated a former champion in his own right, “El Toro Blanco” RUSH. The two stars absolutely tore the house down on last week’s AEW Rampage. On this week’s Dynamite, one-half of the finals matchup for Full Gear will be decided. There can only be one; who will it be? Will Ethan Page keep The Firm’s momentum going heading into Saturday’s event? Or will Bandido secure the first finals spot in the tourney?
Strap yourselves in, folks! We’re firmly on the road to Full Gear!
