AEW Dark 11-8-22

We have a loaded-up AEW Dark tonight, with thirteen matches set for this evening! AEW Interim Women’s Champion Toni Storm teams up with former champ Hikaru Shida against Emi Sakura and Mei Suruga. Kayla Rossi has looked dominant with Diamond Sheik by her side, and Rossi will look to continue that upward trend against Ashley D’Amboise. Our focus will be on trios action as Dark Order’s Evil Uno, John Silver, and Alex Reynolds face off with Troy Hollywood, Ativalu, and the debuting Fulton on AEW Dark.

Dark Order’s Evil Uno, John Silver, and Alex Reynolds vs. Troy Hollywood, Fulton, and Ativalu

Dark Order’s Evil Uno, John Silver, and Alex Reynolds have been on an impressive run as of late, no doubt looking to earn a shot at the AEW World Trios Championship. They look to continue that run as they face off with the familiar Troy Hollywood and the debuting Ativalu and Fulton.

Ativalu has made his name known in Defy alongside his partner Kaimana, as they have seen a rise in profile recently challenging for the Defy Tag Team Championship. Meanwhile, reigning champions Midnight Heat (Eddie Pearl and Ricky Gibson) retained, and the duo showed they deserved a raise in profile.

Despite Troy Hollywood having competed for AEW on a few occasions, Fulton will be the most familiar face to the casual viewer. He spent time in both NXT and IMPACT Wrestling, showing promise as an enforcer, but never quite being able to get beyond that role.

Dark Order is too elite of a trio even to entertain coming up short in this match-up, but it will be a fun watch, so tune in!
