Two Worlds Collide: Adam Cole vs Tomohiro Ishii on Rampage
In one of the biggest matches in professional wrestling this year, AEW Rampage will treat us with a battle between “The Stone Pitbull” Tomohiro Ishii and Adam Cole. After a monumental announcement of the AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door super show, these two amazing athletes will battle it out for a spot in The Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament.
Head honcho of AEW Tony Khan and President of NJPW Takami Ohbari was about to make the huge announcement. Suddenly, a familiar face showed up on the screen, and it was none other than Adam Cole himself. Cole was well-aware of the major implications this event could have across the professional wrestling landscape. Wanting to get ahead of the curb, Cole made the announcement himself and another that shook the foundation of the #AllElite fanbase.
This Friday night, only on Rampage, Cole will stand toe to toe with one of the most devastating hardmen of professional wrestling, Tomohiro Ishii. Solving “The Problem”
Jade Cargill and her Baddies Section better be prepared for one hell of a fight this Friday night. Cargill will defend the TBS Championship against “The Problem” Marina Shafir. Cargill has been nothing short of unstoppable ever since she made her AEW debut over a year ago. To this day, Jade has been undefeated and is the first and current TBS Champion. No competitor has had a better first year in professional wrestling, and Cargill’s about to make it even better as she looks to achieve her 30th straight win.
However, it will be easier said than done, if Marina Shafir has anything to say about it. The former MMA star is 6-0 since making her debut for the #AllElite promotion. She now looks to capture some gold in AEW. That being said, Cargill will not be going down without a fight. As the TBS Champion stated, Shafir might be “The Problem.” but Cargill’s “The Problem-Solver.” Something’s got to give this Friday night. it’s Cargill versus Shafir this week on Rampage!
