Northeast Championship Wrestling (NCW) is back in Rhode Island for Bristol (Not A) Palooza. With five announced matches, three of them title bouts and there is also sure to be more as NCW brings out the surprises and delivers on every show!
After great consideration and legal advice from @bcputnamllc (wait? what?) and respecting the history of Jeremiah W. Palooza, the Palooza Estate, and the marketplace confusion for any poor Minnesota soul who'd mistake a RI wrestling show for MN. The name has been updated. pic.twitter.com/rhA5HFZbAM

Northeast Championship Wrestling – Bristol (Not A) Palooza Full Card
Ricky Medeiros vs. Jason Devine
Ricky Medeiros is coming off of a loss to Mike Montero while Jason Devine just looks to be increasing the price of his stock in 2022. One of these wrestlers will get that win and move up the ladder to a title shot. The other will have to take a long look at themselves in the mirror and evaluate where to go next.
NCW Tag Team Championship Match: Channing Thomas & Vern Vicallo (c) vs. The League of Excellence w/ Dallas McCarthy
Channing Thomas and Vern Vicallo seem to be finding their groove as a tag team. Now they face their toughest test as The League Of Excellence. They are not only a formidable tag team but they have Dallas McCarthy in their corner possibly interfere. Which can only put the numbers game in favor of them. One of the biggest components of a tag team is trust. Should Dallas McCarthy pull Channing Thomas off the ring apron so that Vern Vicallo cannot make a tag, how will the two react to that if Vicallo doesn’t see the interference and just thinks Thomas is bailing on him?
Winner Challenges BRG: Robbie “The Giant” Aruajo vs. Osirus
This is the type of match where it doesn’t matter who wins as much as the winner going on to defeat BRG. Robbie “The Giant” Aruajo could easily pull off that win over BRG while it seems like BRG would be scared of Osirus. Whoever wins this match should be able to use that momentum against BRG. That makes the stakes here that much higher.
NCW Women’s Championship Match: LMK (c) vs. Isana w/ Dallas McCarthy
Even after Isana defeated Jessie Nolan late last year, NCW still felt it necessary to create a match where Isana had to defeat five other competitors to earn this title shot. LMK has been no slouch though, winning the NCW Women’s Championship from B3CCA and going on to have a successful title defense against Delmi Exo earlier this month. While LMK might not want to part ways with this title just yet, that might not be a choice that she gets to make. This will be a tough test for LMK and the odds, if you’re a betting fan, say that the smart money is on Isana to win it all. Isana wearing gold seems so long overdue.
“Riot” Kellan Thomas (c) vs. “The Ace” Mike Montero (NCW New England Championship Match)
Not only is this a rematch from last year but it was The Match Of The Year in 2021. These two went to war and Kellan Thomas came out on top, winning the NCW New England Championship. Now after an impressive win earlier this month over Ricky Medeiros, Mike Montero has to be looking to get the NCW New England Championship back. This was one of those matches the first time around where it felt like Thomas and Montero might fight forever because neither wrestler just seemed to stay down. Given that now they both have that knowledge of the previous match, this one might just last an hour!
