Preview: AEW Dark (02/01/2022) – Dark Order vs. Ariya Daivari and Invictus Khash

AEW Dark Dark Order

This weeks episode of AEW Dark has a stacked 12 match card featuring Lance Archer’s continued rampage on his way to a title match. Anthony Ogogo looks to land another big right hand, and Dante Martin and Matt Sydal look to keep their momentum rolling against Bear Country. We’ll be taking a look as Alan “5” Angels and 10 of The Dark Order take on Ariya Daivari and Invictus Khash this week on AEW Dark.

Dark Order (Alan “5” Angels and 10) vs. Ariya Daivari and Invictus Khash

Dark Order members Alan “5” Angels and 10 are set for tag-team action against Ariya Daivari and Invictus Khash. Angels and 10 are the clear favorites heading into this match-up due to their experience together as a unit. However, I wouldn’t count out Daivari and Khash. Ariya Daivari has shown himself to be a great competitor in his lone appearance against rising star Dante Martin.

It would be so easy to focus on Daivari for his extensive WWE run; one cannot forget what Invictus Khash brings to the table. Khash is a talented technical wrestler and has shown improvement with every Dark appearance. Though both wrestlers have yet to pick up a win inside of an AEW ring, maybe this union could be what nets them a win.

Still, as mentioned earlier, Angels and 10 have been a cohesive unit that meshes their contrasting high-flying and powerhouse styles together very well. Therefore, I see the Dark Order walking away with the win, but keep an eye on Daivari and Khash as it may only be a matter of time before they garner that elusive first win.
