Anthony Ogogo Goes One-On-One Tonight on AEW Dark!
Anthony Ogogo made his in-ring return last night on Dark: Elevation, teaming with his fellow Factory members QT Marshall, Nick Comoroto, & Aaron Solo in an eight-man tag. Tonight marks his return to singles action, his first match since facing Cody Rhodes at Double or Nothing back in May.
Ogogo was already an impressive athlete before signing with AEW. He won the bronze medal in boxing in the 2012 Olympic Games and went 11-1 in his professional career before being declared legally blind and being forced into retirement.
Ogogo began wrestling in the indies in 2019 and quickly signed with AEW. Since then his charisma, athleticism, and promo skills have him primed to be a breakout star for the company. Following his loss to Rhodes at Double or Nothing, he took some time off for eye surgery, but now that he’s back, it wouldn’t be surprising to see “The Guv’nor” muscle out QT Marshall as the head of The Factory. Tonight, however, he faces off against indie talent Baron Black. Check out this and the rest of the action tonight on AEW Dark!
