Preview: WWE — Monday Night Raw (11/14/21)

Becky Lynch on Raw

Believe it or not, Monday will be the final episode of Raw until Survivor Series. You may have forgotten seeing that neither brand has put in an effort to make the show feel special like in recent years. Instead, they have begun to build feuds on their show in an effort to build for the future. That effort should not be seen as a poor decision as Raw building towards anything is a good start. The problem now is that they have one night to build to the matches while also telling the stories they have been working on. Expect a clunky show tonight. Here’s a look at the WWE Raw card for the go-home episode.

Big E Speaks For The First Time Since Kevin Owens Attack

At the conclusion of last week’s Raw, Kevin Owens finally snapped and decimated WWE Champion Big E in the process. For many, it was Owes getting to the breaking point that was boiling over months of shortcomings and trying to be “the good guy.” Being the good guy only got Owens so far and he’s realized that going back to what made him Universal Champion once upon a time was what needed to happen. The rage and anger that Owens showed were reminiscent of the times he turned on Sami Zayn, Chris Jericho, Kofi Kingston, and countless others. This is the version of Kevin Owens that can beat anyone.

Monday night will be the time Big E makes his first comments and likely looks for payback. A lot to ask when he has to prepare for a match with Roman Reigns on Sunday night and remember that Seth Rollins is waiting in the wings.

Bobby Lashley Vows To Continue His Destruction

WWE has advertised that one week after Bobby Lashley’s match with Dominik Mysterio, “The All Mighty” is looking to bring more destruction to the brand. The major losses to Big E and Goldberg in succession seemingly aren’t sitting well with Lashley and this could mean problems for Raw on Monday and SmackDown this Sunday. “The All Might”) is coming.

Becky Lynch Prepares Herself for New Challenger in Liv Morgan

Liv Morgan is the number one contender for a singles championship for the first time in her career. It was one week ago that Morgan got that breakthrough win in a Fatal-5 Way match. She was able to fend off Carmella, Zelina Vega, Bianca Belair, and Rhea Ripley to get the biggest singles win of her career. This, of course, was all while Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch was laughing off the prospect that Morgan had a shot at being number one contender in the first place. Now, with Morgan set to face “Big Time Becks” in the future, Lynch will address her new challenger. The potential for this match is one of the few exciting parts of Monday nights right now and fans should be looking forward to the banter between champion and challenger.
