Caribbean Championship: Richard Holliday vs King Muertes
Richard Holliday faces the toughest challenge in his reign as he looks to defend his Caribbean Heavyweight Championship against “The Man of 1,000 Deaths” King Muertes. Holliday has proven himself a worthy champion, having held the belt since January 27 of this year and having successfully defended it since then. Earlier this year, in fact, he retained against Gino Medina on MLW programming.
Muertes is different from any challenge “The Most Marketable Man in Wrestling” has faced before. “The Man of 1,000 Deaths” has been a violent and dominant force since his arrival. There’s also the x-factor of matchmaker Cesar Duran potentially offering some aid to his “death dealer” if necessary. I do believe we will see a new champion crowned, but no matter what, MLW is sure to deliver a great show!
