After quite some time, Blood Sweat Tears Wrestling is back with a show in front of fans! BST Wrestling Derailed promises to be an excellent showcase of talents from Connecticut and Massachusetts. If you are in the area, this is a show not to be missed.
El Presagio vs Jarett Diaz vs Matt Awesome vs Zachariah Gibbs
Originally, Zachariah Gibbs was scheduled to compete against Steve Garcia but due to injury, Garcia won’t be at BST Wrestling Derailed. In response, Gibbs has been moved to turn this triple threat bout into a four-way match. This has to be the biggest story going into this match now; as a competitor in it, up until just this week, you were likely preparing for two other opponents. Now, Gibbs comes into the picture as somewhat of a wild card and could win this whole thing by catching the other three competitors completely off guard.
War and Peace vs The Firm vs Perfectly Sexy vs Buff Inc (Four Corner Tag Team Elimination Match)
This match would likely put the winners in line for a tag team title shot. The Firm have recently captured gold in Test of Strength, another Connecticut-based wrestling promotion. Could The Firm become tag team champions across several different wrestling promotions within CT? If these three other teams have anything to say about it they won’t, but if they do manage to win this one, The Firm definitely is deserving of a title opportunity.
Ichiban vs Kylon King
Two of the best in New England go at it one on one. Ichiban is number one, by his own approval. However, Kylon King is one of those talents that may rise up in New England in a similar way that someone such as Christian Casanova did. Kylon King has a lot to prove here, as this would be a huge win for him. It is very much within his abilities to get the pinfall over Ichiban. Regardless of who wins, this is certain to be an amazing match.
No DQ Match for the BST Wrestling Tag Team Championship: The Haven vs The Bite Club
This tag team feud is so personal that it has become a No DQ Match. That might favor The Haven. However, it might also just have The Bite Club involved in shenanigans that help them to win. This one could go either way, but each team is ready to go for blood against the other. In the end, the fans will win after witnessing some great tag team warfare.
BST Monarchs Championship: Big Juicy (c) vs Jessie Nolan
Big Juicy has been making her name known throughout New England, wrestling for promotions such as Blitzkrieg! Pro. Jessie Nolan has been featured heavily in Limitless Wrestling and recently made her debut in Pro Wrestling Magic. Both of these wrestlers are right on that cusp of having their breakout moment that propels them into independent wrestling glory; this match might just be the catalyst. This match might just steal the show and will most definitely be looked back upon years from now when both wrestlers are far more well-known.
BST Wrestling Heavyweight Championship: Dustin Waller (c) vs Big Jym
No matter who wins this match, BST Wrestling has announced that the winner will be rewarded with a new BST Wrestling Heavyweight Championship belt. Dustin Waller has perhaps one of the biggest challenges in front of him to date. If anyone can pull out a victory in this match, though, it is one of the brightest stars within all of the New England area, it’s Waller. Big Jym might be big, but Waller is champion for a reason. This match will be what a title fight is supposed to look like and should deliver in every sense of the word.
BST Wrestling also promises that Lucas Chase, Dajae Simone, Lou Jacobs, and more will appear at BST Wrestling Derailed. After interrupting a video shoot by the BST team, however, a promo by Dan DeMan will leave whether or not he shows up in question. There is also a special 3 PM start time with an afterparty in time for SummerSlam viewing.
