Preview: WWE — Monday Night Raw (8/2/21)

Goldberg Return WWE Raw

Monday night’s episode of Raw will be a major one as the build to SummerSlam is underway. A Goldberg return will highlight the show following Bobby Lashley declining the challenge of the WCW legend. There are many questions to be answered on this show but based on what we know this far, it should make for a newsworthy show. Here’s the preview for Monday Night Raw.

Goldberg is back! One week after Bobby Lashley declined the WWE Hall of Famer’s challenge for the WWE Championship, he will make his presence felt. It’s probable that in the end Goldberg and Lashley face off for the gold so this should be his way of getting the match.

Nikki A.S.H. vs. Charlotte Flair in a No Holds Barred Match

Nikki ASH vs Charlotte Flair

Nikki A.S.H. was defeated in her first night as Raw Women’s Champion by Charlotte Flair last week. This has led to her wanting another match following the post-match attack by Flair. This time, however, will be a No Holds Barred match that is likely to main event the show. Can the champion prove that she belongs on top by taking out “The Queen?”

Riddle vs. Omos

Riddle vs Omos

WWE will continue to tease a Raw Tag Team Championship match between the champions and RKBro. That tease continues this week as Omos will have his first singles match against Riddle. It was only a week ago that Riddle was left lying in the middle of the ring by AJ Styles and Omos, so perhaps this is the week that Randy Orton makes his return to help out his partner.
