It’s that time of the week once again as we take a look at the AEW Dark card for this week. This time around we have a short and sweet card featuring the debuts of Killa Kate and Alejandra Lion with Diamante and Big Swole meeting in a grudge match.

Varsity Blondes Face The Acclaimed in Trios Action
Last week on AEW Dark, The Acclaimed & Private Party defeated The Varsity Blonds & Dark Order’s Alan “5” Angels & 10 in an eight-man tag. That match saw the heels pick up the win, but it was just the most recent chapter in the building feud between The Blondes and The Acclaimed.
That feud started a few weeks ago on AEW Dark: Elevation, when The Blondes teamed with The Gunn Club to defeat The Acclaimed & Chaos Project. Since then, The Acclaimed’s Anthony Bowens & Max Caster have been taking to social media to take shots not only at Brian Pillman Jr. & Griff Garrison, but also at their cheerleader, Julia Hart.
With the two teams ranked numbers 1 and 2 respectively, it’s inevitable that they’ll be settling their feud in a number one contender match down the line to see who gets a shot at The Young Bucks’ AEW Tag Team Championship. But tonight they face off in trios action involving Dante Martin and Ryan Nemeth in what’s sure to be a solid six-man match.

As always AEW Dark is the place to see young and indie talents make their big-time debuts. This week is no different with the AEW debuts of Alejandra Lion and Killa Kate. Both women trained at DFW All-Pro Wrestling Academy in Dallas and have been working the indie scene in around the U.S. Southwest. Tonight Alejandra Lion is set to take on Red Velvet, while Killa Kate faces off against Abadon.
