Tuesday night will feature yet another title match as NXT continues to give the fans big match after big match. While much of the anticipation will come for what is next between NXT Champion Karrion Kross and brand enforcer Samoa Joe, nothing has been announced as of this writing. Here’s the WWE NXT card for Tuesday.
WWE NXT Card (7/20/21)
NXT Women’s Championship: Raquel Gonzalez (c) vs. Xia Li
Xia Li must reach her destiny. That destiny is the NXT Women’s Championship. Raquel Gonzalez welcomed the challenge last week after Li brushed by Dakota Kai to lay down the challenge. What is interesting about this match is that both Li and Gonzalez are both undefeated in singles action this year. One will have to finally fall and it shall be interesting as to how that happens. If Li is able to defeat Gonzalez for the title, Tian Sha may be able to run the black and gold brand. If that happens, everyone should be concerned.
Bobby Fish & KUSHIDA vs. Diamond Mine (Roderick Strong & Tyler Rust)
Diamond Mine has made its mark in a quick fashion since debuting a few weeks back. Roderick Strong instantly made KUSHIDA enemy number one as the NXT Cruiserweight Championship seems to be the top priority. After Tyler Rust defeated Strong’s former ally in Bobby Fish last week, it was time for Diamond Mine to continue making everyone pay. KUSHIDA made the save to help Fish from suffering the fate he had. In doing so, this tag team match was made. For the first time, Diamond Mine will team up and it could show their training to the world more than either of Strong or Rust’s singles matches.
