On Sunday, June 13, NXT TakeOver: In Your House returns for a second year inside the Capitol Wrestling Center. While there are no official matches announced for the show, NXT has begun to plant the seeds as to what the show may look like.
Here’s a predicted look at the potential NXT TakeOver: In Your House card.
NXT Championship: Karrion Kross (c) vs. Pete Dunne
Karrion Kross successfully defeated Finn Balor in his first defense of the title on Tuesday night, solidifying his spot at NXT TakeOver: In Your House. It was announced by William Regal that a triple threat between Pete Dunne, Johnny Gargano, and Kyle O’Reilly would decide the new number one contender for the NXT Championship. After what Dunne has been saying for months now, this seems to be his time to rise to the top and earn a title shot. It would be a hard-hitting battle between Kross and Dunne for sure and could have Dunne become the first person to hold the NXT and NXT United Kingdom Championships in his career.
NXT Women’s Championship: Raquel Gonzalez (c) vs. Ember Moon
Raquel Gonzalez has gone out of her way to get into the head of Ember Moon following their tag team match where Moon and Shotzi Blackheart picked up the win over Gonzalez and Dakota Kai. Gonzalez destroyed Blackheart, injuring the abdomen and sending a message to Moon that she would be getting that treatment next. It looks as though Blackheart could be sidelined moving forward, allowing Moon to take on Gonzalez for the title with hopes of capturing the NXT Women’s Championship in the process.
NXT North American Championship: Bronson Reed (c) vs. Santos Escobar

Santos Escobar has officially moved on from the NXT Cruiserweight Championship that was his for the majority of the last year to have new aspirations. This time, the NXT North American Championship is on his mind. Bronson Reed has already heard from Escobar, who attempted to lay out Reed with the help of Legado del Fantasma. That didn’t end up being the case, but with week’s to go Reed needs eyes in the back of his head. A Reed-Escobar potential matchup presents a clash of Styles, as the powerhouse champion will have to take on a technically savvy brawler in his challenger. Let’s call this a match anyone should be welcoming.
Kyle O’Reilly vs. Adam Cole

Fans may have forgotten by now that on the April 27 episode of NXT, Kyle O’Reilly was watching closely as Adam Cole was being interviewed. That gave the first initial hint that not only may their feud be far from over, but that this could after all only have been the beginning. Cole has not been seen since that episode but is likely biding his time to pounce. With O’Reilly having an opportunity at the NXT Championship this coming Tuesday, it looks to be the perfect chance for Cole to make his first appearance and cost him the match. There’s more to come here.
Cameron Grimes vs. LA Knight
When Ted DiBiase seemingly turned his back on Cameron Grimes as the young rich man poured his heart out to him, it became personal. DiBiase instead turned to LA Knight, who would take out Grimes in the middle of the ring. The fans instantly were behind Grimes and it looks as though this is only the beginning of Grimes’ rise as a fan-favorite.
Franky Monet vs Io Shirai
Io Shirai has not had a match since losing the NXT Women’s Championship and has only appeared once. In that one appearance, one of NXT’s newest additions Franky Monet got into the face of the “Joshi Judas.” Seeing Monet has had her first match and is looking to rise as quickly as possible, this could be the spot for Shirai to show she is still NXT’s ace with this huge matchup.
