Global Syndicate Wrestling has announced that Davey Richards will be making his return to wrestling on their show GSW Catalyst on May 22, 2021. “The Lone Wolf” Richards is making his return to the ring for the first time since 2017, no opponent has been confirmed as of yet but all eyes are on this new independent company that has been gaining some buzz since their debut show.

Richards’ Twitter feed is filled with pictures and videos of him training so despite the gap Richards is sure to be in great in-ring shape. Whether or not he has any ring rust remains to be seen but the former American Wolves member should still perform in the ring at a high level.
Before his retirement, Davey Richards had a long and successful career that saw him capture tag team gold in Ring Of Honor (ROH), NJPW (where he was Jr. Heavyweight tag champion), Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), and IMPACT. He also held titles along in PWG, ROH, and DEFY Wrestling to name just a few. Richards’ return is an exciting moment for fans who long to see a staple of their 00s and 2010s fandom after a four-year gap.
