This first of a two-show series will kick off at noon EST on Thursday, April 8th. Wheeler YUTA vs. Adam Priest
To determine a new number one contender to the IWTV Independent Championship at the Family Reunion, Wheeler YUTA will take on Adam Priest. YUTA has come out swinging in the post-pandemic shutdown era of independent wrestling. He has continued working with Ring of Honor, as well as indies such as Game Changer Wrestling, Metroplex Wrestling, Hybrid Wrestling, and Beyond Wrestling. Speaking of Beyond, he was featured in their recent Greatest Rivals Round Robin Tournament. YUTA was also featured in the IWTV series The Masked Wrestler, making it to the finals as Wyldkat. Adam Priest is a rising star out of the South, he’s become a perennial for All Elite Wrestling’s Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation. Priest is also a regular for New South Pro Wrestling, Southern Underground Pro Wrestling, and ACTION Wrestling.
IWTV Independent Wrestling Championship Match
Lee Moriarty (c) vs. Edith Surreal
In his first defense of the IWTV Independent Wrestling Championship, Lee Moriarty will take on Edith Surreal at Family Reunion. The proprietor of Taiga Style ended the prolific reign of WARHORSE at an astounding 532 days. He also recently won the Enjoy Cup tournament from Enjoy Wrestling, defeating The PolyAm Cult King MV Young. To earn this opportunity, Edith Surreal won the Cassandro Cup tournament that was co-promoted by IWTV and Butch vs. Gore. She defeated Ashton Starr in the finals and the Exhibition of Intrigue will attempt to add a new accessory to her artistic installation at Family Reunion.
