FinJuice Challenge The Good Brothers for IMPACT World Tag Team Championship at Sacrifice

IMPACT World Tag Team Championship Match Sacrifice

The greater NJPWIMPACT WrestlingAEW partnership has taken another exciting turn. On IMPACT television this week, Juice Robinson and David Finlay, one of the most popular tag teams on the NJPW roster, teamed with the IMPACT World Tag Team Champions, The Good Brothers. Though the makeshift team was victorious against the formidable pairing of Reno Scum and XXXL, the tension between the two teams was clear.

Following their victory, FinJuice had a heated exchange with The Good Brothers, officially challenging Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows for the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship at Sacrifice. IMPACT’s next PPV event is set to air on March 13th on FITE.

FinJuice is famous in NJPW for being the winners of the 2019 World Tag League, as well as winning the IWGP World Tag Team Championship in 2020. The Good Brothers have also held those same tag team titles on three different occasions. Now, Gallows and Anderson find themselves in the interesting position of battling the future of the company that they initially left.

This match is another part of the puzzle in the continued NJPW partnership, as IMPACT does everything in its power to maintain a healthy exchange with the Japanese superpower in hopes of boosting their own viewership. The involvement of The Good Brothers in NJPW promoted matches is reportedly a big reason for the interest of NJPW working with IMPACT. NJPW also used IMPACT talent like Chris Bey and former roster member (now officially NXT bound) Blake Christian in their Super J-Cup tournament last year.

This match is sure to make this pay-per-view must-see, with a card that already includes TNA World Heavyweight Champion Moose challenging Rich Swann for the IMPACT World Championship in the main event. IMPACT Wrestling Sacrifice 2021 will air on March 13th at 8 PM on FITE.
