“Effective today, Kenzie Paige Henry will be taking over the FLAWLESS brand,” FLAWLESS stated in their Tweet on Tuesday afternoon. “She’s on the forefront of women’s wrestling and she’s 1000% committed to this project. We wish her well and from here on out, any posts made on this (and on) Facebook will strictly be from her and her team.” Paige had previously been announced as the company’s Wrestling Ambassador shortly after the promotion launched last August. FLAWLESS launched with its premier event on October 10, 2020 with A League of Their Own, which was headlined by IMPACT Wrestling‘s Jordynne Grace defeating Kenzie Paige in the main event, and the company’s events are featured on the Title Match Network streaming service.
Kenzie Paige is only 19 years old but has been a rising star in the Southeastern indie territories, most notably with KFW Wrestling and Innovate Pro Wrestling (IPW) in Tennessee and Alabama’s New South Pro Wrestling, where she’s currently one half of the New South Tag Team Champions Pretty In Pink with Dillon McQueen. She’s also branched out of the Southeast region over the past year, making her debut with AAW Pro, Queens of Combat (QOC), and IWA Mid-South, amongst others. She made her debut for SHIMMER this past October, in a loss to another IMPACT Knockout, Nevaeh, at SHIMMER 118. If she looks familiar, you may also have seen her with All Elite Wrestling (AEW), as she’s appeared in several matches on AEW DARK, including singles matches against Nyla Rose, Brandi Rhodes, Penelope Ford, as well as several tag matches.
