Tasha Steelz has a tough route to the final as she defeated Erica Leigh in the first round before having to go through Trish Adora. Steelz faced Holidead in the finals, Holidead has a slightly easier path to the final as she beat Riley Shephard and Willow Nightingale. Steelz defeated Holidead and claimed the victory.
Tasha Steelz is a name that fans should be paying attention to, she is a rising star in IMPACT Wrestling and now can lay claim to being the first women’s GSI winner. The wrestling world is at the feet of Steelz who only gets better as time goes on.
While Steelz came away with the tournament win all eyes were on Trish Adora and Jordan Blade. Adora and Blade put on an excellent wrestling match that utilized the legitimate backgrounds of each woman. Both Adora and Blade are names that hardcore fans are beginning to take note of as two women that will lead the women’s indie scene going forward.
