Preview: Mission Pro Wrestling – Run It Back (12/11/20)

Run It Back

Mission Pro Wrestling returns in December for Run It Back! In its third event of 2020, they will crown the first-ever MPW Champion. We also will bid farewell to Baby D in her retirement match against Thunder Rosa. There are also several debuts including Raché Chanel, Killer Kelly, and Kimber Lee. Let’s get to the card as there are so many incredible matches to talk about.

Red Velvet vs. Raché Chanel

Both of these ladies have been riding waves of popularity with multiple appearances for All Elite Wrestling. Red Velvet has been on a streak of wins over the last few weeks on AEW Dark. Her last appearance at Hell Hath No Fury resulted in a loss, so Red Velvet will certainly be looking to cook up a victory. La Fashionista herself, Raché Chanel is making her MPW debut at Run It Back. Fresh off the runways and the Champs-Élysées in Paris. While she has not been as successful on Dark as her opponent, she is certainly not intimidated by what Red Velvet brings to the kitchen. Velvet will be trying to stir things up while Chanel will be delivering some smooches, but only one lady can walk away with the win.

Raychell Rose vs. Blair Onyx

The reigning head of House Rose, Raychell Rose will also be part of Run It Back. Rose was unable to make it past the semi-finals at Tournament Out of Hell, picking up the win over Vanity but losing to Lacey Ryan. At Hell Hath No Fury, she was unable to make the sorceress Elayna Black bend the knee. Surely, this proud queen has grown frustrated and seeks to force her next opponent to bend the knee. Step into the parlor at Mission Pro Wrestling where the opponent has not one knee or two, but eight. The Russian Spider Blair Onyx makes her debut in Texas. Trained by The Black and The Brave, she is one half of a sinister team with Black. This match will also be no disqualification so there’s no telling to what lengths the queen of House Spider will do to spin a winning web around Raychell Rose. This fight will be do or die for Rose, looking to remind the world of her supremacy.

Jennacide vs. Amber Rodriguez

The Bionic Beauty Jennacide has set her sights on Run It Back and her target is the debuting Amber Rodriguez. Jennacide has also appeared in impressive showings on AEW Dark with feats of strength few can match. Since her transformation into Jennacide at Hell Hath No Fury, she has been a destructive force. The Evil Queen Rodriguez isn’t threatened in the slightest by the size disadvantage. She is the current Elev8 Pro and SOAR Women’s Champion. The new Queen of the South has also appeared for Ohio Valley Wrestling and the Coastal Wrestling Federation. Will her kingdom expand into MPW or will Jennacide strike again with a victory? You can watch live on the Title Match Wrestling Network!

Thunder Rosa vs. Baby D

Dallas/Ft. Worth area Native Baby D will take her final bow within the squared circle at Run It Back. After roughly seven years in the ring, her final bout will be against Thunder Rosa. Baby D was trained by Ember Moon and has been part of the Texas wrestling scene ever since. She spent the bulk of her career in Metroplex Wrestling, which she said farewell to in November. Thunder Rosa may have lost the NWA World Women’s Championship, but the La Mera Mera tour of destruction has not stopped. Here though, it’s a little different. Friends will share the ring one last time to send Baby D off in style.

Skylar Slice & Killista vs Jenna Lynn & Aleyah Mia Sweets

We also have tag team action in store for Run It Back. Both Skylar Slice and Killista will be making their debuts for MPW, as well as Aleyah Mia Sweets. Slice and Killista have wrestled around Oklahoma and Texas and have a team in United Wrestling Entertainment known as Slice and Kill. Both have also been regulars for Body Progression Wrestling, Unified Wrestling Oklahoma, and Sabotage Wrestling. Jenna Lynn has been part of MPW for the last few shows but has yet to pick up a win. The Rookie will team with another in wrestling’s Candy Girl, Aleyah Mia Sweets. These two pint-sized powerhouses of positivity will join forces and seek the sweetness of victory together.

Killer Kelly vs. Kimber Lee

Two of the biggest stars in wrestling will clash for a second ever time at Run It Back. This is a rematch from the November 24th episode of IMPACT Wrestling. Killer Kelly is well-traveled across Europe and the UK and is probably best known for her work in wXw. She also had a less than stellar run with NXT UK, which is parallel with Kimber Lee. Kimber is well-traveled among the North American indies and had a less than stellar run with NXT. Both have been afforded fresh starts post-WWE and look to show off what they really can do in their debuts for Mission Pro Wrestling.

SWE Fury Women’s Championship Match
Miranda Gordy (c) (debut) vs. Killa Kate

The Badstreet Beauty Miranda Gordy will be making her debut for MPW at Run It Back, defending her SWE Fury Women’s Championship. She is a second generation star, the daughter of the late Terry “Bam Bam” Gordy. Gordy will be defending against Killa Kate, the flow master of MPW. These two are not strangers to each other, as they squared off in October for the vacant Advanced Pro Wrestling Women’s Championship. Kate put up a valiant fight, but the female Freebird threw her around like a rag doll and added another belt to her collection. Will Kate be able to turn her luck around or will the victory parade be going strong on Badstreet, USA?

PPW Championship Match
Madi Wrenkowski (c) vs. Jazmin Allure

At Run It Back, literally two of the hottest rising stars in Texas will be battling it out over the Puro Pinche Wrestling Championship. The race online was tight between Madi Wrenkowski and Jazmin Allure over who was the Rookie of the Year for Mission Pro Wrestling. In the end though, it was the current PPW Champion who came out on top. Miss Reality will look to repeat this feat in the ring when her title is on the line. Allure did pick up a win recently at SWE, much to Madi’s chagrin. If you want to take a peek into the crystal ball into the future of women’s wrestling, this is the match to watch.

Mission Pro Wrestling Championship Match
La Rosa Negra vs. Lacey Ryan

Run It Back

For the main event of Run It Back, we will see the finals of the tournament to crown the first-ever Mission Pro Champion. The Black Rose of Puerto Rico, La Rosa Negra and Lacey Ryan are the two left standing following Tournament Out of Hell. Ryan is the current reigning and defending Future Stars of Wrestling Women’s Champion, fresh off title defenses for UWN‘s Primetime Live series. She’s in incredible shape and is a formidable obstacle in La Rosa Negra’s way. La Abusadora has somehow not held gold since 2015 and was impressive in her wins at Tournament Out of Hell. Regardless of whoever is left standing, the first Mission Pro Champion is going to be a veteran worthy of leading this next generation of women.

Fans will be in attendance, however, the number is limited due to social distancing requirements. Run It Back will also stream live on the Title Match Wrestling Network.
