Preview: WWE — Tribute To The Troops (Spoiler Free, 12/06/20)

Tribute To The Troops

This Sunday night, WWE brings back Tribute to the Troops live on FOX. The inaugural show aired all the way back in 2003 and lasted until 2018 before WWE scrapped it for 2019. It will return for the 18th time with three excellent matches to check out. Here’s the spoiler-free preview for the show.

Sasha Banks & Bianca Belair vs. Bayley & Natalya

An excellent showcase for the top women’s talent of SmackDown, as Bianca Belair will team with the SmackDown Women’s Champion, Sasha Banks, to face former champ Bayley and the self-proclaimed “BOAT,” Natalya. Belair and Bayley have been at one another as of late, making it seem that those two will be a part of the deciding fall in this one. Of course, the love loss between Banks and Bayley has gone nowhere, so that’s possible as well.

Drew McIntyre vs. The Miz

The Miz and his Money in the Bank briefcase continue to be a pain in the WWE Champion’s side. But Drew McIntyre has taken on all challenges head-on and this will be no different. Could a cash-in be on hand here? Probably not, but it’s wishful thinking to expect The Miz to do anything besides getting Claymore’d for the one, two, three.

Interpromotional Tag Team Match: Daniel Bryan, The Street Profits, Rey Mysterio, & Jeff Hardy vs. Dolph Ziggler, Robert Roode, Elias, King Corbin, & Sami Zayn

Let’s put all the rivalries on SmackDown (and even one from Raw) into one tag team match. To be fair, this should be rather entertaining considering the personalities on each team. Considering the legendary status of Daniel Bryan, Rey Mysterio, and Jeff Hardy, that’s pretty cool to see on one team. Expect them to walk out as the winners. Sami Zayn should be entertaining as always.
