Monday Night RAW returns and on the back of a very successful night at Survivor Series. Though only one match has been announced, the fallout from the big four pay-per-view will be felt in full force. With both of RAW’s top singles champions, Drew McIntyre and Asuka, burdening the only blemishes for the red brand, you have to think it will be a talking point for whoever emerges as their next challengers.
Nikki Cross vs. Alexa Bliss
Former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions face off in the night’s only announced match so far. While the friends turned rivals is a bit overplayed, WWE has kept this fresh, playing it out as Nikki Cross hopes to save Alexa Bliss from “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt‘s clutches. This was set up rather effectively last week after Bliss again turned away Cross, this time with a disrespectful slap to the face resulting in a brawl between them. It will be interesting to see what develops between the two former partners on Monday Night RAW.
