In some unfortunate news, it has been announced that Jungle Kyona will miss an extended period of time due to a number of injuries. Kyona will be undergoing surgery on both her left knee and right shoulder to deal with an ACL rupture, lateral collateral ligament rupture (right knee), and acromioclavicular joint dislocation (shoulder). Many fans expect Kyona to miss roughly one year to deal with all of the injuries.

The timing isn’t very good for Kyona as she was set to join STARS and feud with Konami after Konami turned on Kyona leading to the disbanding of Tokyo Cyber Squad. We will now have to wait until Kyona’s return for the feud to continue.
More importantly, we hope that Jungle Kyona can recover, shes noticeably dealing with issues like these for some time now and we hope that she takes the time she needs to recover and come back at 100% as she nears her 30th birthday.
